Operations Assistant

We’re looking for a friendly, highly organised and people-focused Operations Assistant. This role is a great fit for someone with Office, Operations and PA experience who enjoys keeping things running smoothly and contributing to a positive workplace culture. You’ll be at the heart of the agency - supporting HR admin processes, keeping the office running well, and supporting our Managing Director.
What You’ll Be Focusing On:

Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
- Support day-to-day business operations to ensure the smooth running of the agency
- Assist with internal processes, including onboarding, offboarding and documentation
- Help coordinate internal events, team activities and agency-wide initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and support the Operations & HR team where needed
Office Management
- Ensure the office environment is well maintained, tidy and welcoming
- Manage office supplies, purchasing and vendor relationships
- Oversee facilities-related requests (maintenance, IT coordination, deliveries)
- Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day office queries from the team
PA Support to the Managing Director
- Provide daily administrative support to the MD
- Schedule meetings and coordinate travel where required
- Help prioritise and manage incoming requests to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

- Experience in office operations, HR administration, PA work, or a similar support role
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
