Manager – Strategy & Value Creation
The role holder is responsible for supporting on several activities including strategic, financial, and commercial analyses, developing business cases, and supporting documentation, and producing executive‑level presentations to enable management to make informed decisions on key strategic and operational initiatives and matters. The role holder is also responsible for supporting on the Group’s Strategic Management Process across the respective phases in close collaboration with the vertical’s strategy teams and the corporate support functions. A key focus in this process concerns with supporting on key activities to develop, calibrate, execute, and monitor the Group strategy with respect to the defined strategic objectives in order to create long‑term value.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Performance Management
- Support the end‑to‑end strategic management process, with a focus on strategic planning to establish priorities and monitor delivery status.
- Collaborate with verticals’ strategy teams to align strategic planning activities across the organization.
- Maintain key strategic planning templates and contribute to the development of standards and best practices for initiative delivery.
Analysis & Insights
- Plan and execute in‑depth analyses of strategic and operational initiatives to inform actionable recommendations in line with the overarching strategic roadmap.
- Conduct financial and commercial analyses and prepare high‑quality, executive‑friendly presentations outlining findings and recommendations for informed decision‑making.
- Analyze market trends, industry competition, and business practices to generate recommendations for potential new sectors and value creation opportunities.
- Interpret ambiguous data from multiple internal and external sources to provide actionable insights.
Opportunity Assessment & Value Creation
- Identify and prioritize key strategic business opportunities and initiatives to strengthen market position and financial performance.
- Drive assessments and evaluations of strategic and business opportunities.
- Assist in exploring potential new sectors and industries aligned with value creation objectives.
Strategic Insight Oversight
- Support the management of transformative and strategic group initiatives, including PMO‑related activities, progress monitoring, and stakeholder updates.
- Monitor delivery risks and identify actionable plans for execution.
- Co‑lead selected pilot initiatives in close collaboration with the wider department.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
- Liaise with management and key stakeholders to provide updates on progress, risks, and performance.
- Develop and deliver executive‑level communications to enable informed decision‑making by senior leadership.
Who we are looking for:
- 6‑8 years’ experience in a strategy role within consulting or relevant roles (must)
- Experience in strategic transformation programs (desirable)
- Good industry knowledge gained through direct industry experience and / or strategy projects in real estate, hospitality, or entertainment sector (desirable)
Education / Professional Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree, preferably MBA from a top‑tier institution
