The Global Brand Operations team provides best-in-class managed services support for Premium Brand Products - both reservation and auction, driving excellent customer service, and enabling revenue and working closely with customers and product teams to ensure product market fit. We're a global team with presence in 17 offices.

Our teams comprise of product specialists who enable flawless ad campaign executions, ensuring an optimized experience for clients, brand partners, sales teams and our product teams by providing technical and operational expertise by offering best-in-class service and product insights to uplevel platform capabilities for brands of all sizes.

  • Own the set-up process, campaign management, QA and reporting for reservation and auction managed service campaigns.
  • Monitor managed service campaign delivery to ensure campaigns reach the target audience, run smoothly, and exceed brands' expectations; this includes collaborating with teams on creative approvals, troubleshooting issues, managing scheduled and ad hoc report requests, and escalating issues to internal and external teams.
  • Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance
  • Leverage automated tools to optimize brand campaigns
  • Serve as the key point of contact and support for Client Solutions in technical and operational client communications.
  • Escalate, investigate and work directly with product & engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues during a campaign
  • Create, organize and distribute technical/operational product documentation to support product teams in general ad platforms and feature walk-throughs.
  • Participate in training that prepares internal teams for new products and updates within our ads platform.
  • Partner with Sales, Client Solutions and Product teams to collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve our products and services.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 2+ years of ad ops experience on programmatic or auction platforms, and/or technical client service experience
  • High proficiency in Arabic, both written and oral: In this role, you will work closely with external partners across the METAP region. High proficiency in Arabic, is required to support client communications, facilitate collaboration, and ensure smooth coordination with stakeholders across Arabic-speaking markets
  • Experience managing and executing campaigns on reservation and auction ad platforms
  • Experience monitoring and analyzing ad campaigns, to identify optimization opportunities for improving performance
  • Experience working with 3rd party measurement partners
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong familiarity with online marketing and paid media advertising campaigns on social media or other digital platforms
  • Experience managing branding & performance-based advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges (preferably from agency background)
  • Experience helping clients execute custom campaigns centered around specific performance KPIs
  • Ability to provide optimization recommendations based on best practices on managed-service campaigns
  • Ability to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly and through the proper escalation process
  • Ability to identify insights and analyze data to assess campaign performance
  • Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams
  • Experience with ad verification, viewability and impression tracking partners (IAS, DV, DCM, MOAT)
