Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively source and generate new channel partner leads through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Provide clients with expert advice on property options, pricing, and financing solutions while delivering prompt responses and exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
  • Customize presentations to highlight property features and benefits tailored to the specific needs and interests of prospective buyers.
  • Lead negotiations and successfully close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction while consistently meeting performance goals.
  • Stay informed on market trends, property valuations, and competitor offerings to provide accurate insights and maintain a strong competitive advantage.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by managing client interactions, partner engagement, sales progression, and pipeline activity.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a seamless experience during the sales process and through comprehensive after-sales support
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 1 to 3+ years of sales experience with a Real estate developer in Dubai
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
