A leading construction firm is seeking QA/QC Engineers to join their Quality Team for a large-scale project in Dubai. The role involves preparing method statements, conducting inspections, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. The successful applicants will work closely with consultants and contribute to maintaining project quality assurance processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in QA/QC.
• Strong understanding of ITP and method statements.
• Experience in conducting audits and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Prepare method statements and inspection test plans.
• Ensure inspections are conducted as per ITP.
• Monitor calibration of tools and equipment.
• Liaise with consultants to resolve quality issues.

Overview

CSCEC ME is recruiting 4 x QA/QC Engineers to join our Quality Team for a Large Scale project in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Preparation & submission of method statement & ITP.
• Preparing all Civil, Architectural, ID inspection including material inspections.
• Prepare training plan for different trades prior to activity starting at site.
• Ensure all inspections at site are running as per ITP.
• Ensure that all the testing’s are being conducted as per approved method statement & ITP.
• Monitor all the tools and equipment’s at site that needs calibration.
• Raise internal NCR & QV.
• Prepare QA/QC monthly report & project KPI report.
• Liaise with the consultant for resolving any issue at site with regard to the quality of the work.
• Liaise with consultant for the closure of NCRS.
• Record snagging & de snagging works for architectural & ID finish.
• ADM inspections follow up.
• Preparing Handing over documents for the project.
• Maintain all QAQC related records as per project quality plan and IMS system.
• Lead and ensure that the construction teams are aware about the checking and testing criteria prior to start any activity at site.
• Liaise with corporate QHSE Dept for the preparation of any Internal or external audits.

Qualifications
