Job summary
A construction firm based in Dubai is seeking a Joinery Project Co-ordinator responsible for managing all joinery-related activities throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will coordinate with production teams, suppliers, and site teams, ensuring timely delivery and installation of joinery items while maintaining quality and meeting project deadlines. Responsibilities
- Coordinate joinery works from drawings to production and site installation.
- Manage daily schedules and follow up on production and site progress.
- Ensure timely communication between design, factory, and site teams.
- Review joinery drawings, material lists, and specifications.
- Maintain updated drawing revisions and project documents.
- Prepare and update joinery progress reports.
- Attend coordination meetings with project teams and clients.
- Update stakeholders on joinery status and highlight delays or issues.
- Maintain clear communication between all departments.
