Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or French is a plus. This role operates in an office environment.

We're Hiring : E-Commerce IT Project Coordinator

Within a dynamic context,

Your mission will be to :

Support the IT Team on e-commerce & e-services related projects

Ensure the projects coordination between the local, Europe, Global Chanel teams but also with external partners when it is needed

Follow up the TECH planning & make the links between all the stake holders (project managers, developers, digital team, and businesses)

What You'll Do :

A firsthand experience in digital and technical integration of platforms is a must

A wide knowledge on IT landscape is required specifically on the IT architecture field, application architectures, tools, flow typologies

Understanding of APIs and associated programming languages is required

Understanding of Order Fulfilment processes, WMS, PSP, Click & Collect, Customer Care, CRM, PIM, prix ERP

You understand the business needs and challenges

Analytics mindset is a plus

At ease with complex setups
