Job summary

A leading construction and engineering firm in Dubai is seeking a highly skilled BIM architect & modelling lead cum BIM Coordinator to lead BIM modeling for architecture and landscape disciplines. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years' Revit experience, proficient in CAD design. Responsibilities include supporting BIM implementation, developing dimensional models, and conducting clash detection. This full-time position emphasizes strong Revit skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience with Revit and CAD design.
• Able to set up new Revit project files for the team.
• Expert knowledge of Revit including creation of families.

Responsibilities

• Support the BIM Coordinator and Project Delivery Team(s).
• Develop 3D/2D dimensional models for drawing preparation.
• Conduct clash detection and prepare models for analysis.
