Job summary
A leading quality management company in Sharjah is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to develop and implement quality management systems. You will ensure compliance with industry regulations and lead quality assurance teams to uphold standards. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and a background in quality management. Qualifications
- Ability to assess complex data and identify quality issues.
- Ensuring every aspect of production meets quality standards.
- Effectively conveying quality standards and issues to team members and management.
- Addressing and resolving quality-related challenges promptly.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, GMP and other relevant regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS).
- Ensure products comply with industry regulations and standards.
- Identify areas for improvement in production processes.
- Lead and train quality assurance teams.
- Maintain detailed records of quality inspections and audits.
Skills
Quality Assurance & Control : Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) to ensure products meet internal and external standards.
Regulatory Compliance : Ensure products comply with industry regulations and standards such as ISO 9001 and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Process Improvement : Identify areas for improvement in production processes to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Team Leadership : Lead and train quality assurance teams to uphold quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Documentation & Reporting : Maintain detailed records of quality inspections tests and audits; prepare reports for senior management.
