A leading Dubai-based developer is seeking an Interior Design BIM Modeler to create and maintain Building Information Models. The role demands proficiency in BIM software, strong collaborative skills, and adherence to established BIM standards. Candidates should possess a Degree Diploma in Architecture with a Post Graduate Certificate course in BIM. As a Interior Design BIM Modeler working from our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai he/she is responsible for creating managing and maintaining Building Information Models to support design construction and operational workflows. This role involves interpreting Interior designs ensuring adherence to BIM standards and protocols and contributing to the effective collaboration among project stakeholders.
