About the Role

Develop techno-economic models of industrial complexes including Linear Programming (LP) techniques.

Prepare appropriate economic evaluation reports to evaluate technologies applied in specific projects or to evaluate the relevant competitive advantage.

Responsibilities
  • During the Bidding Phase, analyse tender and contractual documents to review scope of work and schedule, identify project requirements and constraints, support the preparation of the Project Execution Plan and the project Organisation Charts, prepare bid cost estimate of project management, construction and services, assist the commercial team in the selection of the reference sub‑contract quotation.
  • During the Project Execution Phase, assist the Project Manager in project activity planning, preparation of Execution Plans, definition of resource allocation and assets utilization, preparation of sub‑contracting plans, assessment of man‑hours required for mobilization plan, preparation of reports relevant to resources mobilization, coordinate specific topics related to engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, project Record Book Spare Parts, coordinate external and internal interfaces, assist in managing Client relationships, Vendors activities, invoicing and guarantee activities, manage change orders and claims, support Risk Analysis, purchase requisitions, technical evaluations, purchase order and work orders, ensure materials availability on site, assist in implementation of the Management Information System.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 5-10 years in Fabrication.
  • Proficiency with Office package, including Microsoft Project.
  • Fluent English.
