As a Interior Design BIM Modeler working from our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai he/she is responsible for creating managing and maintaining Building Information Models to support design construction and operational workflows. This role involves interpreting Interior designs ensuring adherence to BIM standards and protocols and contributing to the effective collaboration among project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Adherence to the company standard BIM requirements and protocols.

• Develop 3D models using BIM software (e.g. Autodesk Revit Navisworks).
• Ensure models are accurate clash‑free and meet project‑specific LOD requirements.
• Update and maintain models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Adhere to established BIM standards protocols and workflows.
• Apply naming conventions and file structures as per company and project requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across models.
• Collaborate with architects engineers and other team members to ensure seamless integration of designs.
• Identify and resolve clashes using coordination tools like Navisworks or BIM 360.
• Facilitate model reviews and contribute to coordination meetings.
• Extract accurate 2D drawings schedules and other documentation from models.
• Generate material take-offs and assist with project estimations.
• Produce and update as‑built models for project closeout.

Heres What Youll Need

• Degree Diploma in Architecture with Post Graduate Certificate course in BIM
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit Navisworks and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of BIM standards (e.g. ISO 19650 PAS 1192) and LOD specifications
• Experience in clash detection and resolution
• Basic knowledge of architectural design principles and construction documentation
• Understanding of building codes regulations and standards
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
