- Proven outdoor sales experience with strong closing skills
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong client-relationship skills and follow-up discipline
- Professional appearance and sales etiquette
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple leads at once
- Strong understanding of UAE market, especially Dubai/Sharjah/Ajman
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
