Hilti’s Design Engineering Graduate Program is a 12-month program, where you’ll quickly be exposed to multiple roles and tasks within the Design Engineering role, with opportunities to network with various key stakeholders and the management. It’s fast paced, enriching and can be intense, but we’ll closely coach and mentor you through this journey.

• 1-3 months learning about Engineering Design through the Engineering Competence Center (ECC) team.
• 1-3 months learning about Engineering Design through the Project Management team,
• 3-5 months learning about Engineering Design through the Oegland Systems (OG) team.

• UAE National with a valid Family Book (in compliance with UAE Emiratization regulations).
• Fresh graduate or soon to graduate , holding a Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural Engineering , or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum 3 months of experience in a professional setting (internship, apprenticeship, or entry-level role), or an early-career professional eager to grow.
• Bilingual proficiency : Strong command of both Arabic and English , written and spoken.
