The Job
SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
- Conduct on-page and off-page SEO audits and implement actionable strategies.
- Perform keyword research and optimize website content for improved organic rankings.
- Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Optimize website structure, meta tags, and internal linking to enhance search engine visibility.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.
Content Creation:
- Develop high-quality, engaging, and original content for blogs, website pages, social media, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to align visual and written content.
- Repurpose content for different platforms and channels (e.g., infographics, video scripts, social media posts).
- Conduct competitor and audience research to ensure relevance and value of content.
The Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Digital Marketing.
- You have working knowledge of SEO / CONTENT CREATION.
- Experience within the real estate industry would be a strong advantage.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
