You will provide expert advice, handle policy renewals, and deliver excellent customer service throughout the insurance lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on various health insurance products and coverage options available in the UAE market.

  • Assess clients health insurance needs based on their profiles, budget, and legal requirements.

  • Provide clear explanations of policy terms, benefits, exclusions, and claim procedures.

  • Assist clients in completing insurance applications and facilitate policy issuance.

  • Liaise with insurance providers to negotiate terms and resolve client queries.

  • Handle policy renewals, amendments, and claims follow-up.

  • Stay updated on UAE health insurance regulations and market developments.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and insurance companies.

  • Educate clients on wellness programs and preventive health benefits.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client interactions and policies.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field preferred.

  • Previous experience in health insurance sales, advisory, or customer service is an advantage.

  • Good understanding of UAE health insurance policies and regulatory requirements.
