Job summary
A luxury fashion brand in Dubai is hiring a Sales Associate to enhance customer engagement and drive sales. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of luxury retail experience and strong relationship management skills. You will be responsible for delivering an elevated customer experience, cultivating clientele relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a passion for luxury retail, high product knowledge, and the ability to work as a brand ambassador in the community.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of luxury retail experience with established clientele.

Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated customer experience during and after sale.
- Cultivate and maintain excellent client relationships.
- Achieve sales targets in partnership with the management team.
- Maintain product knowledge of Jimmy Choo shoes and accessories.
- Act as a brand ambassador and foster customer relationships.

- Ensure visual standards are maintained at all times
- Fulfill key-holder responsibilities including store opening and closing, cash handling and financial responsibilities.
