  • On-board IBs and help increase accounts and revenues.
  • Identify and target Money Managers and IBs in the MENA region.
  • Prepare proposals to sell services addressing customers' trading needs.
  • Maintain customer records using the CRM and log communications.

Sales/BDMs are Zeal's front line with clients and their first point of contact. Every Sales/BDM strives to have a positive impact on the client's experience with Zeal, giving each client added value through knowledge, trust, and support. All while clearly impacting Zeal's bottom line through an increase in accounts, deposits, and revenues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and develop relationships with potential clients and partners who may have clients interested in trading multi‑asset products such as Gold, Oil, FX, and Cryptocurrencies.
  • On‑board IBs and help them increase accounts, deposits, and revenues.
  • Identify and target known Money Managers and IBs in the MENA region.
  • Organically build a book of business through relationships in and outside the market, targeting potential IBs from multiple industries.
  • Determine customers' trading needs and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs.
  • Cross‑sell retail clients who meet the IB threshold to grow their business and walk them through the client growth life cycle.
  • Stay up to date on market news and trends in FX, commodities, stocks, and indices.
  • Advise on trading strategies, options, and risk‑management strategies.
  • Explain industry terms or trading practices to clients.
  • Attend industry and company events to source own potential clients as directed by management.
  • Achieve sales targets.
  • Contact prospective or existing customers to discuss their queries and requirements.
  • Develop sales presentations or proposals to explain service specifications.
  • Maintain customer records by using the CRM and logging communication; receive and follow up on clients' funding, volume, and new account activations.
Requirements
  • 4 years of extensive experience in Forex, banking, stock, and commodities brokerage fields in the sales department.
  • B.Sc. degree from any discipline.
  • Financial markets knowledge in FX, stocks, and commodities.
  • Technical and fundamental analysis skills.
