We are now growing the team to support our expanding client portfolio and further develop our data sharing platforms. We are seeking a Sales Associate with great communication and interpersonal skills to be part of our sales team inDubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our B2B customer base and supporting the sales team in fostering leads that meet business objectives in a flexible, collaborative and fast-paced environment.

The role is on a full-time basis, based in Dubai, UAE.

Duties and responsibilities
  • Sales prospecting and qualified lead generation across MENA region
  • Expand customer base through targeted cold outreach to new and prospective clients via LinkedIn, email, call, network etc.
  • Industry research to develop targets, growth opportunities and influence value propositions
  • Develop a deep understanding of norbloc products to provide prospects with accurate information on solutions
  • Foster direct communication with clients, handle incoming requests and develop trusting relationships, meeting sales targets
  • Assist in organizing and executing sales processes, updating and maintaining Hubspot CRM to efficiently and effectively serve clients
  • Support the Sales Team internally to create a functional and fun team environment
  • 4+ years of proven experience in B2B software sales or similar role
  • Industry and market knowledge regarding KYC/AML compliance, financial services and RegTech
  • University degree in Business or other relevant field of studies
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic, written and verbal, is considered a plus)
  • Experience with Hubspot CRM
  • Strong interpersonal skills, creative problem-solving and a customer-first attitude
  • Self-motivated individual and an eagerness to take ownership of responsibilities
