1. Take note of VIPs, Do Not Disturb, Sleep Out, Double-Lock Rooms and take appropriate action.
2. Inspect areas cleaned using checklist to ensure cleaning is adequate, supplies in rooms meet standards, and report any immediate repairs needed.
3. Assist with inventory management and ensure all housekeeping machines and equipment are properly handled and maintained.

A minimum of 2 years of working experience is required. Candidates must hold a Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Food and Beverage Preparation / Service Management, Hospitality / Tourism Management, or similar fields. Female applicants are preferred for this role.

• Responsible for supervising the team of Housekeeping Attendants to achieve operational objectives while maintaining standards of cleanliness and hotel maintenance.
