You Will:

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts;
  • Cooperate with the largest brands in Dubai & Saudi Arabia;
  • Meet clients face-to-face regularly to ensure premium customer service;
  • Create campaign strategies across various industries based on data analysis, creativity, and client needs;
  • Adhere to company goals related to campaign management, including monitoring campaign margins and scaling;
  • Respond to customer requests and inquiries professionally and promptly;
  • Regularly report campaign status for major clients and suggest improvements to the direct manager;
  • Ensure customer success and foster long-term relationships;
  • Provide detailed information about the company's services and products;
  • Assist customers in launching ad campaigns;
  • Obtain, review, and process orders, ensuring timely payments.

Desired Experience:

  • Over 3 years of experience in digital advertising, preferably in adtech, advertising, or agency environments, covering both performance and awareness campaigns;
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Knowledge of customer support tools and processes;
  • Ability to understand and identify customer needs and requirements;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to multitask, high energy, resourcefulness;
  • Motivated and eager to learn;
  • Advanced command of English (C1 level);
  • Candidate must be based in Dubai.
