This individual will manage sales for SaaS, Cloud, and Oracle-based solutions, primarily focused on enterprise clients in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical selling skills, team leadership experience, and an in-depth understanding of the UAE IT solutions market. This position offers an opportunity to shape sales strategies and lead a high-performing team.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in SaaS, Cloud, Oracle, or ERP solution sales.
- Strong experience in the UAE market is mandatory.
- Proven team leadership and ability to manage sales and service operations.

The Team Lead will manage sales and service delivery for SaaS, Cloud, and Oracle-based solutions, focusing on enterprise clients across the UAE. This role requires strong technical selling ability, team leadership, and hands‑on experience in the UAE IT solutions market.
- Lead and manage the Sales & Services team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Drive end-to-end enterprise sales for SaaS, Cloud, and Oracle solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across the UAE market.
- Oversee service delivery, ensuring high-quality customer experience and solution adoption.
- Develop sales strategies for the UAE region based on market trends and competition insights.
- Manage sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to senior management.
- Work closely with technical and product teams to prepare proposals, demos, and project plans.
- Mentor and support team members to improve sales performance and service quality.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in SaaS, Cloud, Oracle, or ERP solution sales.
- Must have strong experience in the UAE market (mandatory).
- Proven team leadership and ability to manage sales + service operations.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, SaaS delivery models, and enterprise IT environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
