• The candidate will work as a supervisor for a family residing in Sharjah.
• The applicant should have experience of medical/home care/nursing knowledge and administrative abilities.
• Promotes and enhances the family’s health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning in the special needs.
• Monitoring medication schedules and ensuring communication and supervision two nurses and household staff.
• Directs, mentors, develops, staff schedules and providing performance reviews.
• Promote personal care including infection prevention and control, food, personal hygiene and overall reassurance, comfort and safety for all family members.

Desired Candidate Profile

• We need a female candidate who should be 40 years and above with a strong personality, capable of good and convincing communication managing the five support staff.
• She will monitor everyone’s tasks according to the agreed action plan.
• Part time candidates may apply too.
• A Filipino national is preferred as all the staff including the two nurses are same nationality.
