• Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Digital Marketing Manager (DMM) will manage two junior support staff.
• Be accountable for increasing footfall traffic, sales per square foot, and awareness of the luxury development, its tenants and attractions.
• Drive technology innovation into various channels to improve the guest experience.
• Track emerging trends and manage digital projects and vendors to fully engage retail and entertainment, embracing omni-channel platforms.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent education.
• Minimum 10 years of marketing experience with at least 5 years local market experience from the UAE, including 5 years in digital marketing, CRM, or related field.
• Previous management experience of at least 3 years, including strategic plan development, management of internal staff, and external vendors or agencies.
• Proven experience working with multiple retail and lifestyle brands in the public relations and social media marketing space.
• Local expert of the fashion world with an extensive network.
• Transformational, dynamic and passionate leader with an entrepreneurial approach.
• Resilient, innovative and driven marketer who delivers demanding results.
• Excellent and fluent communication skills in both Arabic and English (verbal and written); translation skills a plus.
