Job summary
A leading hospitality firm in Dubai is looking for a Safety Supervisor to maintain workplace safety and ensure compliance with UAE HSE standards. The role includes conducting safety inspections, providing training, and promoting a safety-first culture among employees. Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Provide safety training and toolbox talks for employees.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses.
- Ensure proper use of PPE, fire extinguishers, and first-aid kits.
- Maintain safety documentation and reports.
- Promote a safety-first culture across departments.
