Job summary
A prominent construction group in Sharjah seeks an experienced HR Supervisor to manage operations and payroll across all businesses. This role involves ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law, supporting site and office operations, and requires prior experience in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will oversee the HR lifecycle, coordinate payroll, maintain personnel records, and address employee relations. Fluency in English and Arabic, along with 4+ years of UAE HR experience, is essential.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience in the UAE.
- Proven experience in HR operations and payroll coordination.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and WPS requirements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations across Group businesses.
- Supervise monthly payroll processing across Group entities.
- Handle employee relations and grievances.
