A prominent luxury retailer in Dubai seeks a Department Manager to ensure exceptional customer service and manage team operations. Responsibilities include coaching staff, analyzing sales data, addressing customer complaints, training new employees, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Candidates should have 4-5 years of experience in a sales or customer service role and possess a high school qualification. Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Direct and coach the sales team to achieve customer service standards.
- Analyze sales data to maximize sales.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively.
