Job summary
A leading insurance firm in Sharjah is seeking an experienced Insurance Claim Specialist responsible for managing and processing insurance claims for timely settlements. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and in-depth knowledge of insurance policies. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields and experience in insurance claims handling. This role entails communicating with clients and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate claim records. Competitive compensation is offered.

- Proven experience as an Insurance Claim Specialist or in a related role.
- Strong knowledge of insurance industry standards and claims processing procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance and Risk Management, or a related field.
- Certification in Claims Handling or Insurance Adjusting is a plus.
