Job summary

A leading multinational organization in financial services is seeking an Emiratization Officer in Dubai to lead and implement a strategy focused on UAE National recruitment, development, and retention. Responsibilities include leading Emirati hiring initiatives, developing training programs, and ensuring compliance with Emiratization targets. Our client, a leading multinational organization in the financial services sector, is seeking a proactive Emiratization Officer to lead and implement their UAE National strategy across recruitment, development, and retention. This is an immediate hire opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Emirati hiring initiatives by partnering with universities, government agencies, and platforms such as Nafis.
  • Represent the company at Emiratization-focused events and career fairs.
  • Develop and implement training and growth programs for Emirati employees.
  • Monitor attrition and engagement trends, proposing retention strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with CBUAE Emiratization targets and UAE labour laws.
  • Manage CBUAE, Nafis, and GPSSA portals and reporting.
  • Act as an advocate and mentor for Emirati employees across the organization.
Requirements:
  • UAEN with Family Book.
  • Bachelors in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Can join immediately.
  • 1+ year of HR/Emiratization experience within a corporate environment.
