A leading beauty retailer is seeking an Intern to facilitate adherence to indirect purchasing policies in Dubai. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, coordinate documentation, and prepare regular reports. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with indirect purchasing policy.
- Coordinate and ensure completion of documentation as per policy.
- Review bidding documentation before internal validation.
- Coordinate with suppliers for 3rd party due diligence audits.
- Work on feasibility of new bidding tool for testing in the Middle East.
- Prepare monthly trackers and reports.
