Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with indirect purchasing policy.
• Coordinate and ensure completion of documentation as per policy.
• Review bidding documentation before internal validation.
• Coordinate with suppliers for 3rd party due diligence audits.
• Work on feasibility of new bidding tool for testing in the Middle East.
• Prepare monthly trackers and reports.
