Job summary
A prominent hospitality company based in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Bakery Manager to oversee daily operations and enhance product quality. The ideal candidate will manage workflow, implement innovative recipes, and ensure compliance with hygiene standards. Applicants should have 5-7 years of baking experience, including supervisory roles, and possess strong leadership and communication skills. This full-time position does not offer remote work and requires dynamic adaptability to industry trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a baker with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
- Advanced knowledge of baking techniques, recipe development, and food science.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the bakery department ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality output.
