• Knowledge of handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.
• HACCP and ServeSafe certifications are advantageous.
• Basic food safety knowledge is compulsory.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily briefings and participate in shift briefings.
• Manage team performance and service adherence.
• Ensure completion of all audit-required documentation.
• Oversee daily productivity measurement and vendor performance.
• Conduct training sessions for team members.
• Review monthly P&L reports to optimize resource use.
