Job summary

A leading hotel and hospitality group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee operations across multiple outlets. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of leadership experience in upscale environments, strong analytical and commercial skills, and the ability to inspire teams. Responsibilities include operational audits, guest satisfaction initiatives, and revenue management. The role requires effective communication and proficiency in hospitality management systems.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive leadership in Food & Beverage, preferably in upscale or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven ability to lead large teams and improve guest satisfaction.
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant, bar, banquet, and IRD operations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Conduct regular operational audits and ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
  • Support the Director in driving revenue generation and profitability across all outlets.
  • Monitor guest feedback and lead service improvement initiatives.
