A marine operations organization is seeking a Dive Centre Supervisor based in the United Arab Emirates to oversee the daily operations of its dive centre. This role involves managing diving operations and ensuring safety compliance, while providing specialized support for coral restoration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of management experience, technical diving certifications, and a strong focus on team leadership and emergency response planning. Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in dive center management.
• Proven experience in scheduling and logistics for diving operations.
• Ability to manage and train multicultural diving teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the dive centre ensuring readiness.
• Develop and manage dive schedules including training and operational dives.
• Act as Dive Safety Lead ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Lead emergency response planning and incident management.
• Supervise maintenance for all dive equipment and ensure logs are kept.
• Maintain inventory systems and coordinate with suppliers.
• Manage project tracking and KPI reporting.
• Provide support for coral restoration activities.
• Train and evaluate dive staff on skills and safety.
• Produce operational reports for stakeholders.
