We are looking for a responsible and caring Bus Attendant to ensure the safety and wellbeing of passengers during transit. The successful candidate will assist passengers boarding and exiting the bus, maintain orderliness, and ensure a safe and comfortable travel experience.

1. Assist passengers, especially children, the elderly, or those with special needs while boarding and alighting from the bus.
   
2. Ensure that all passengers are seated and secured properly before the bus departs.
   
3. Maintain order and enforce safety regulations during transit.
   
4. Support the bus driver by communicating about passenger needs or emergencies.
   
5. Provide assistance in case of emergencies, including evacuations or first aid.
   
6. Monitor passenger behavior to prevent disturbances or unsafe activities.
   
7. Report any incidents or safety concerns to the bus driver or supervisor promptly.
   
8. Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the bus interior.
   
9. Maintain accurate attendance or passenger records as required.
   

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
   
2. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
   
3. Basic understanding of safety and emergency procedures.
   
4. Good communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages (e.g. Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog) is a plus.
   
5. A caring and patient demeanor, especially when working with children or individuals with special needs.
   
6. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
   
7. Physically fit to assist passengers and manage emergency situations.
