• Ensure all visitor rooms are kept clean according to hotel standards.

Job description

In charge of seeing to it that all visitor rooms are kept spick-and-span according to the requirements required by the Hotel.

Liable for ensuring that all guest's areas are stocked with the needed services as well as things.

In charge of reporting any kind of problems and also maintenance needs to the House cleaning Manager and/or Exec House Cleaning Attendant.

In charge of managing visitor's requests or complaints effectively and favorably.
