A leading travel wholesaler is seeking a Vice President – B2B Travel Sales (International Markets) in Dubai, UAE. The role involves leading and scaling global B2B sales operations and requires over 10 years of international sales experience, exceptional leadership skills, and fluency in English. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B travel ecosystems and proven success in managing multi-region teams. This position offers significant responsibility and frequent international travel.
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Office-Based with Frequent International Travel)

The Vice President – B2B Travel Sales (International Markets) will lead and scale global B2B sales operations for a leading international travel wholesaler and B2B reservation platform.
You will own international revenue growth, manage multi-region sales teams, and drive strategic expansion across key markets, including the Middle East, Europe, Africa, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas. This is a senior leadership role for a commercially sharp, hands-on sales leader who understands B2B travel ecosystems and knows how to build high-performing regional teams.
Reports to: Managing Director (Dubai)
