Qualifications

• 17+ years of experience on multi-million dollar projects in construction.
• Demonstrated desire to progress in a commercial role.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate various contracts including sales and purchasing agreements.
• Maintain contractual records and documentation for all projects.
• Guide project managers on contract matters and training.
