Job Description

• Diagnose and repair a variety of air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks, including cleaning filters and inspecting refrigerant levels to prevent system failures.
• Install new AC units and components, adhering to manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software for accurate troubleshooting and repairs.
• Respond promptly to emergency repair requests, demonstrating effective problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Document all service work and repairs in detail, maintaining accurate records for customer reference and warranty purposes.
• Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and methods to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to optimize team performance on large-scale projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Certification in HVAC technology, such as EPA 608, demonstrating competency in handling refrigerants.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in air conditioning repair and maintenance within a commercial or residential setting.
• Familiarity with various AC systems, including split, central, and ductless units, to broaden service capabilities.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members, fostering a positive work environment.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools, such as multimeters and refrigerant gauges, to efficiently identify issues.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, ensuring jobs are completed on schedule.
