The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting routine inspections and performing preventive as well as corrective maintenance across various systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Candidates should have proven experience in similar environments, be fluent in Arabic, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. The role offers a salary in the range of AED 6,000 to 7,000 plus benefits as per UAE labor law.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in high-end residential or hospitality environments.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Fluent in Arabic; proficiency in English is an asset.
• Physical capability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on residential facilities and equipment.
