Background

Our client, a leading Investment Bank and Growth Equity firm with a strong focus on the Middle East, is expanding its deal team in Dubai due to a growing mandate and the recent opening of a new office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As part of this strategic build-out, the firm is looking to hire several high-calibre professionals to strengthen its presence in the region.

The successful candidate will have a dual mandate, working across both M&A Advisory and the execution of direct Growth Equity investments across the Middle East.

Job Description

• Market Research: Conduct in-depth analysis of industry trends, target companies, and macroeconomic factors.
• Financial Analysis & Modelling: Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate transactions and assess investment opportunities.
• Investment Assessment: Perform due diligence and provide investment recommendations based on financial and strategic considerations.
• Transaction Execution: Advise on mergers & acquisitions, valuations, and private equity transactions, supporting end-to-end deal execution.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare investment memoranda, internal reports, and other documentation related to transactions.

Requirements

• Candidate should arrive from a top tier financial institution and will be currently working in Investment Banking / Advisory or within Private Equity.
• Strong academic credentials from a leading university.
