This role is responsible for team leadership, business strategy, financial performance, and compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Lead and manage all spa and wellness operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic plans, packages, and promotions to drive revenue and market positioning.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing spa team aligned with company values and service standards.
- Monitor and maintain facility cleanliness, safety, and equipment standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Oversee spa memberships and guest access policies.
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards, local legislation, and internal SOPs.
- Manage departmental budgets, forecasting, and cost control.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and implement service improvements.
- Diploma or degree in beauty, wellness, or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in luxury hotel spas or independent spa management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and business acumen.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 22000 standards is a plus.
