• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior architects and design team members, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
• Ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, adhering to local building codes and regulations.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring efficient and cost-effective project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Professional architectural licence or registration.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Advanced proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Demonstrated experience working on large-scale commercial or residential projects in Dubai or the UAE.
