Responsibilities

Your deliverables as a Principal Project Manager will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Lead and drive the development of the project intake process, including defining scope, schedule, and cost.
• Define the goals and objectives of specific projects and establish individual team members' roles and responsibilities for the duration of the project.
• Manage multiple mid to large-scale projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet business objectives.
• Oversee daily and weekly project team assignments and monitor progress against the work plan to ensure objectives are met within the prescribed time, cost, and quality measures.
• Identify potential project changes, analyze their impact, and facilitate change control processes for approval or disapproval.
• Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing project budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Continuously identify, qualify, and track risks, define mitigation and contingency plans, assign appropriate resources, and communicate project status effectively.
• Identify resource requirements and communicate these needs promptly to ensure proper staffing with skilled resources.
• Identify internal and external stakeholders, understand their communication needs, and fulfill those requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

• 15+ years of end-to-end Project Management experience.
• Fluent in Arabic; native-level proficiency is highly preferred.
• Experience with customer-facing projects, not internal projects.
• Experience assisting project management teams with identifying action items, tasks, activities, and tracking progress.
• Experience in defining, implementing, and improving standards, processes, and procedures using industry best practices (e.g., PMI, CMMI).
• Experience in developing project budgets based on Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
