Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and monitor all project activities from initiation to completion.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
  • Assist in resource planning, allocation, and tracking.
  • Facilitate project meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Provide regular updates on project status and elevate any delays or issues to management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and studies in Construction/Project Management.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project coordination, preferably on large-scale projects, with at least part of them in a project management firm or consultancy company.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
