Overview

Serves as the advisor for the PAC Deputy Director and senior leadership team for ALL PAC contracted manpower. Works closely with the Manpower service provider(s) in support of the best interests of the PAC. Serve as the key staff action officer for all manpower related projects.

Responsibilities
  • 1. Management of the project (planning, developing, procurement, budget estimation, conducting, evaluating, execution and managing the people, resources and scope of the project).
  • 2. Liaison between the contracted manpower personnel and the appropriate manpower service providers.
  • 3. Identify the roles of project team members, project reporting structures, frequency of interaction, and any training requirements that may be needed for a team member to complete it.
  • 4. Manage the integration and allocation of cross-functional resources. Involved in making and updating the Organization charts and the Budgets related to the manpower plans.
  • 5. Oversee the PAC Manpower execution focusing on initiatives affecting mission accomplishment and performance attainment.
  • 6. Facilitates the process of project solicitation, consultation, selection, prioritization, implementation and monitoring all designed to enhance the PAC capability and effectiveness.
  • 7. Disseminates information and communicate direction on behalf of the PAC leadership to all appropriate supervisors of manpower employees.
  • 8. Submits and follows up with GAL HR representatives for any HR issues related to Manpower Contract -Civilians.
  • 9. Involved in all negotiation aspects and issues that may affect the best performance of projects. Recommends alternatives as needed.
  • 10. Provide the necessary reports to the PAC Deputy Director regarding the progress during different stages of the project.
  • 11. Responsible for the completion of all specific tasks or directions provided by the PAC leadership as directed on all manpower-related issues.
  • 12. Handling any other assigned task from the direct supervisor / manage.
  • 13. Perform other related duties or assignments as directed by the direct LM and commander’s.

Computer Literacy - expert level experience of all MS Office products (Word, Excel, Power-Point), and Project Management software.
