Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly variance reports comparing work orders with actual work completed.
• Coordinate with service providers for monthly invoices and statements of account (SOA).
• Arrange project-related meetings and circulate minutes.
• Support the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, including vendor invoice processing and payments.
• Coordinate with Logistics, SFD, and Warehouse teams for procurement of installation materials.
