Qualifications

• PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is an advantage.

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale infrastructure projects, with a strong background in roads, highways, and airport runway development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for major infrastructure and airport runway projects.
• Ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to international quality and safety standards.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Oversee contractors, consultants, and cross-functional project teams.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, standards, and client specifications.
• Provide progress reports, risk assessments, and strategic updates to senior management.
• Implement best practices in project delivery and stakeholder management.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in project management within infrastructure, roadworks, and airport runway projects.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects in the UAE/GCC region.
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
