Job summary

A leading event management company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee the planning and execution of exhibitions. You will ensure that all elements of the event are coordinated effectively, from design to on-site management. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in events, strong communication skills, and a UAE driver's license. This is a critical role within a dynamic team that prioritizes quality and safety in every project.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, setup, and breakdown of exhibition booths.
• Work closely with design and production teams.
• Read and interpret floor plans and venue layouts.
• Supervise on-site teams and vendors.
• Maintain communication with clients and suppliers.
• Ensure timely project delivery focusing on quality and budget.

Skills

3–5 years’ experience in exhibitions or events

Ability to read floor plans and technical drawings

Knowledge of exhibition build-up processes

Understanding of materials and production methods

Familiarity with HSE guidelines

Excellent English communication skills

UAE driver’s license

Organized and proactive
